Self-love is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Being in love with yourself provides you with self-confidence, and self-worth, and will help you feel better about yourself.
What I’ve learned over my years of ignoring self-love is it spills into our energetic, mental and physical health. It’s so much easier to find fault in our flaws and blame ourselves for our imperfections, and this can affect our heart chakra. Resulting in feelings of loneliness, feeling unloved, and having poor boundaries, and eventually this can lead to disorders of the heart, lungs, circulation problems, and immune system deficiencies.
